The Academy staff are all very carefully selected and read all about them below.
Academy Director – Ady Milne – UEFA B Qualified Coach, with over 30 years coaching experience, and has also held posts of Head of Youth Football at a couple of community football clubs. Ady has experience of coaching and managing in the UK and in a total to date attended over 40 International tours and tournaments.
Academy Manager – Toby Sheppard – Toby has previously been a coach at Chelsea FC and has joined our team and works at our academies and school projects at ACS Egham, Hall Grove and Holme Grange.
The Coaching Team
Ben Sawyer – Ben works in all areas of the academy as well as delivering football at all levels of the ACS International School in Egham. Ben will also join us in Sweden at the Gothia Cup.
Stuart Clark – Stu is an excellent young coach working at the Goalkeeping Academies, running the Lower School Football clubs at ACS Egham, and working in the Holiday Camps.
Jordan Morgan – Jordan has joined us from the highly rated United Select team and enjoys working at our holiday camps, academies and at ACS Egham ask has been working with all the academies.
Lily Last – Lily has joined our academy coaching team and plays a high level of football for the excellent Ascot United FC Ladies team. Lily works with our academy boys and girls and will also accompany our Girls team in Sweden.
Luke Russell – Luke has joined the staff of our highly popular Goalkeeping Academy and we look forward to working with Luke in 2023 on many other projects. An avid Brentford FC fan following them all over the country.
Nathan Nicholls – A keen goalkeeper, Nathan has been working with us in the goalkeeping academy for a few months now and is providing an excellent set of sessions to our younger goalkeepers.
Tyler Caton – Tyler is currently in the USA coaching but has recently been working on our school projects and at the academy sessions. We look forward to seeing Tyler again in the early summer.
Will Rapley – Will works at both our holiday camps and birthday parties and is a very good young coach especially good with the very young groups.
Callum Moss – Callum is an excellent recruitment into our coaching team and delivers the coaching programmes at the academies and ACS International School as well as undertaking several private coaching sessions. all clubs at ACS Egham, and working in the Holiday Camps.
Henry Grad – Henry is an ex-Reading FC Academy goalkeeper and an excellent and enthusiastic coach at the goalkeeping academy, girls academy and the school projects.
Toby Fisher – Toby is a player for Sutton United and has joined our coaching team working on several school projects in the area, Another excellent addition to the coaching team who the players can look up to as a player and coach.
The Sports Therapy Team
Neil Mason – Neil and his physiotherapy team look after the physiotherapy screening for our older Academy players. Neil runs his own physiotherapy clinic and is also an experienced goalkeeping coach, having previously worked at Brentford FC. Neil provides with his team vital physiotherapy analysis of players as they develop through their key years.
Alexia Sawdon – Lexi provides the Sports Therapy screenings for the academy and also is a regular in Sweden with the group at the Gothia Cup. Lexi also works at a local football club along with working full time at a well renowned Sports Therapy clinic.
